As you can see from the video above, the MXL USB Mic Mate is a fantastic tool to easily connect your XLR microphone to any computer (Mac or Windows) via it's USB port. And although the the Mic Mate is from MXL, you do not need to use an MXL mic. As you saw on the video review I use it with an Audio Technica AT2020 microphone without any issues.
